Commission Terms of Service

· Art can be used as profile pictures, wallpaper, headers and any personal use, as long as not used for profit

· You can repost it and share it anywhere as long as you give proper credits

· I don't approve putting it through AI for any kind of training or generating purposes

· I can reject commissions if i feel that my skill level doesn't meet your request or has subjects i'm not comfortable working on

· I can post the art online unless you don't want me to, or post it as an anonimous commission

· Don't edit, crop, or erase my watemark to make the artwork seem as yours

· Drawings may take a while, up to some days or a month at max, depending on your place in line and if any kind of problem arises, i will try to keep you updated on progress and you can always feel free to ask for any details or progress

· References and specific details are much appreciated, though i can work with no references, i prefer having a better understanding of what you really want on your piece to make the least changes possible

· I accept changes in your piece and will always try to make it as best as possible, but ONLY before the coloring process, after starting with it i won't accept any heavy changes, unless you really want them they may cost extra depending on complexity

· The sketching process is the time to make all the changes, feel free to ask for any there since it's more difficult later on and makes the process easier for both

· If you want to upgrade your piece, for example, from flat color to shaded, i'll allow it, but it will cost extra to match the same price

· Don't try to rush or give deadlines, please be patient if a commission takes longer than expected, i have a life outside art and your commission is still a priority
I'll try to give updates anyways and you can always ask for the progress on your artwork

· The finished drawing will be delivered in higher resolution via email or a method of the client's choosing after it's approved

Payment

· I accept payment only via Paypal
It's the full payment after the initial sketch is approved

· NO REFUNDS
So make sure of what you want from the start

· If for some reason i can't finish your drawing i can give you a refund of 50%
